Home Services
The Community Services Team are able to provide the following services through funding provided by the City of Port Adelaide Enfield and Home And Community Care (HACC). Services are aimed to assist frail aged residents, younger people with disabilities and their carers to remain in their own homes for as long as they are able.
Assessment by a staff member is required for services. Fees apply to some services.

What is HACC?
HACC stands for Home and Community Care and is provided by Council to provide a range of services to frail older people, younger people with disabilities and their carers living within the City of Port Adelaide Enfield.
This program is jointly funded by Commonwealth and State/Territory Governments to provide funding and assistance for Australians in need. The aims of HACC are to provide a range of basic maintenance and support services and support people to be more independent at home.
