Medical Transport Car
The Medical Transport Car provides transport to medical, specialist and hospital appointments. Transport arrangements must be made in advance, appointments are normally one way due to the heavy demands on the vehicle. The Medical Transport Car is driven by friendly volunteers, an assessment by a staff member is required before this service can be accessed.
A mobility assessment is required to access the Medical Transport Car and Home Support Van Program to ensure passenger safety when alighting and departing the vehicle and safety for the volunteers.
