The Greenacres Library - Council Office is located in the midst of a large area of exciting development and redevelopment.

Library Services provided include:
- Kids Club: fortnightly on Tuesday afternoons, 3.30-4.30 during school term time
- Preschool Storytime: Tuesday mornings and repeated on Friday mornings, 10.15-10.45am during term time
- Public computers with Internet access and word processing (CD ROM, floppy disc and USB available)
- One-on-one basic computer training
- One-on-one basic Internet/email training
- Sports library available
- Book Club

A Justice of the Peace is present in the library on a Wednesday between 10 am - 4pm.
Council Services provided include:
- Pay your council rates, dog registrations and fines
- Lodge building/planning applications
- Purchase golf season tickets
- Enquire about rubbish collection
- Acquire local and council information
- Council bus timetables and public bus timetables for the area
- Information on community activities, services, clubs and events
