City of Port Adelaide Enfield

The objective is to facilitate the development of the City of Port Adelaide Enfield as a major centre of economic activity with a safe, clean, healthy and attractive environment for people to live, work and enjoy. This program includes:

• Developing relationships with key developers, State and Federal Government Agencies and community groups
• Lobbying State Government for appropriate development of Government owned land
• Council contributing funding and resources to the Port Adelaide Renewal Project

• Residential and Industrial land releases - Renewal SA manages a portfolio of industrial, residential and urban revitalisation projects across the metropolitan area.
