Cat Management

You either love them or hate them! Cat owners can talk forever on the benefits of owning a feline friend. However, many people don't like cats, and this often stems from the behaviours of irresponsible cat owners. Cat owners who do not desex their cats allow cats to breed; which increases roaming, spraying and fighting behaviours and increases the feral cat population.

Many cat owners allow their cats the freedom of enjoying a combined inside and outside existence - believing if they ensure their cats are inside at night they are doing the right thing. Legally they are, however, many neighbours report that it is owned cats that scratch their cars, spray their doors and dig in their garden when allowed to wander.

The following information sheets contain helpful advice about how you can care for your cat, and keep it safe.
